On May 12, 2025, at Hawee Group’s headquarters in Hanoi, the Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between BATECO GROUP and HAWEE GROUP officially took place, marking a significant milestone in the journey of expanding strategic cooperation between the two leading enterprises—both sharing a vision for long-term and sustainable development.

– Mr. Giang Thanh Nghia – Board Member / Deputy CEO of Bateco Group
– Mr. Vu Minh Toan – Deputy CEO of Bateco Group
– Along with executives from Bateco Group’s member companies.
According to the MOU, BATECO and HAWEE committed to comprehensive cooperation in the development and application of specialized technical products for the mining industry (coal, minerals, including aluminum) and the oil & gas sector. The partnership aims for mutual growth, sharing strengths and expertise, and supporting one another in business operations. Together, the two sides will promote Hawee’s product lines in the mining and oil & gas markets—both domestically and internationally—with the close collaboration and support of Bateco.
The signing ceremony was not only a significant milestone in the relationship between the two Groups, but also a strong affirmation of the spirit of cooperation and mutual growth—built on shared values, complementary capabilities, and strategic trust.
